There are so many companies offering to provide 'custom' made logos these days. Most are glorified "clip-art" designs that are prepared by persons who are more interested in taking your money than taking the time to create anything remotely professional or unique.

The problem I discovered when searching for quality logo design companies was that the only "custom" quality of their proposed services was that you had to custom-tailor your needs to fit their expectations, instead of the other way around.
